We are always updating our information, and we try to open our minds to new opportunities to help our customers. Although our inside sales staff is both willing and capable of handling your many materials requirements, it is always good to know that there is someone you can talk to who has been around the market long enough to understand your particular needs. We are represented by MRC Corp, and directly, by Mr. F. Mitch Keller. Mr. Keller recently joined our sales team, and brought his nearly 20 years of experience and knowledge with him. In these days of trying to bring costs down by bringing in untried sales personnel, it's refreshing to know that we've got our knowledge bases - and our customers covered.

MRC is an independent sales firm, and as such, they are loyal to the customers needs first. (If CCE doesn't supply a material you need, Mr. Keller may be able to sell it to your firm directly from another factory who does.) This may seem like an odd way to do business. It is. Quite frankly, here at CCE, taking care of our customer is our primary goal. If we can't sell you the material ourselves, we would rather make sure that you, as our customer, get it quickly, efficiently, and by the most cost effective means available. The next time you need something - we hope you'll remember who takes care of their customers. |
